indemnify the effort

I'm coming away from a place in my life

where i was running from everything.

working a 12 step program,

facing the past present and the future

with as much integrity and

honesty as i can muster.
 
Somewhere out there is a person,

a person with delicate ways of brutal things

and a level of integrity that will succeed,

that loves god and country and self

and that just seems to make me

want to make them happy
